Your business has the problem. I build the system that solves it.

Data typed twice, stock that never matches, reports made by hand, one person locking the whole system — I have already solved these inside a working factory. My skills are ready for yours.

01 — Problems I solve

You tell me the problem. My skills are ready to fix it.

These are the ERP and business-system problems owners bring to me — and how I have already solved each one.

Problem 01

“Only one person can use our system at a time. Everyone else waits, or writes on paper.”

My solution

A system the whole company uses at once

I build a web-based ERP where every department enters its own data at the same moment — from an office PC, a tablet on the production floor or a phone.

Already done: Replaced a single-user Access database at a textile mill, now used daily by 7 departments. See the project →

ReactNode.jsMySQLTablet & mobile screens
Problem 02

“Nobody can tell me where an order is right now, or how much of it is finished.”

My solution

Live tracking of every lot, at every stage

Every entry is tied to its lot, so one screen shows where it is, how much is processed, how much was rejected and how much has shipped.

Already done: One lot followed from fabric receipt through printing, dyeing and finishing to dispatch. See the project →

Database designLot & batch traceabilityProduction planning
Problem 03

“Our reports are made by hand in Excel. They take hours and are always one day late.”

My solution

Reports that build and send themselves

Live reports straight from the data, one-click export to Excel, and a summary emailed to management automatically — no one compiles anything.

Already done: Twice-daily production reports running without any manual work. See the project →

Scheduled reportsExcel exportEmail & WhatsApp alerts
Problem 04

“A figure changed and nobody knows who changed it. Everyone can see and edit everything.”

My solution

Clear accountability for every number

Each user sees only the screens they are given, and every change is recorded: which value, the old and new figure, who did it and when.

Already done: Per-screen access for 20+ roles and a full audit trail of every edit. See the project →

Role-based accessAudit loggingSecure login
Problem 05

“All our data is in one file on one computer. If it breaks, we lose everything.”

My solution

Backups that check themselves

The database is backed up every night, tested to make sure the copy is good, sent to off-site storage and kept for 30 days — automatically.

Already done: Verified nightly off-site backups protecting years of production history. See the project →

Backup & recoveryAutomationCloud storage
Problem 06

“We want a new system, but years of records are stuck in Access and Excel.”

My solution

Move to a new system without losing history

I write migration scripts that carry your old records into the new database, and keep both systems in step while your team changes over.

Already done: Years of factory records moved from Microsoft Access to MySQL with nothing lost. See the project →

Data migrationMySQLMicrosoft Access
Problem 07

“Our staff can't find the right screen or report. They call the IT person for everything.”

My solution

An assistant inside the software

Staff ask in plain words, typed or spoken, and get the answer from live data. It respects each user's permissions and never changes data by itself.

Already done: Text and voice assistant built into a live factory ERP. See the project →

AI assistantsVoice inputPermission-aware tools
Problem 08

“Workers go too close to running machines. Cameras only show us the accident afterwards.”

My solution

Cameras that stop the machine

A vision system detects a person in a danger zone and stops the nearby machine through the PLC, instead of only recording what happened.

Already done: Multi-camera safety interlock controlling two machines on a production line. See the project →

ERP, AI and automation projects

ERPTextile processing mill · Live, in daily use

Textile Mill ERP

A complete production management system that follows fabric from greige receipt through printing, dyeing and post-processing to packing and dispatch, with lot-level traceability. It replaced paper, spreadsheets and a single-user Access database. I built and maintain all of it alone: 45 screens, a 79-table database, 31 API modules, tablet layouts for the production floor and an Android companion app.

ERP Assistant — Ask the System by Text or Voice

Staff ask in plain words — typed or spoken — things like "what is left to print on this lot?" and get the same figure the report shows. It runs reports, explains screens and opens forms pre-filled for a person to save. It only shows what the asking user is allowed to see, never writes data itself, and runs fully on the factory server, so business data never leaves the building.

AI Machine-Safety Interlock

Cameras watch a production line and, when a person is somewhere unsafe, the machine near them is stopped through the PLC. One batched detection pass covers 15 cameras and controls two machines independently. Mask zones separate "outside the plant wall" from "allowed to stand here", and the design is fail-safe: when in doubt, stop.

Reporting, Backup & Audit Automation

Production summaries email themselves to management twice a day, with WhatsApp supported as a second channel. Nightly database backups are verified, compressed, uploaded off-site to Google Drive and pruned after 30 days. A column-level audit trail records who changed which value and when, so a disputed quantity always has an answer.

Legacy Access to MySQL Migration

Scripted tooling that moved years of production history out of a Microsoft Access database into MySQL without losing a record — ending single-user file locking so every department can enter data at the same time. Includes repeatable merge scripts for the period when the old and new systems ran side by side.

04 — About

One system for the whole business, with intelligence built in.

Abdur Rehman, ERP Developer and AI & Automation Engineer

I'm a Computer Science graduate and full-stack developer. I designed, built and now run the ERP that a working textile processing mill depends on every day — alone, from the database schema to deployment, backups and user accounts.

I also work inside that mill as Assistant PPC Officer and MIS & Data Reporting Officer: I plan the daily production program and issue the floor status reports management reads. So I don't only write the software — I use it, and I know what a factory really needs from it.

On top of the ERP I build what removes manual work: an in-app assistant that answers questions from live data by text or voice, scheduled reports, verified backups, and computer-vision systems that stop a machine when a person is in danger.

09 — Questions

Questions clients ask

What kind of ERP software do you build?

Custom ERP and MIS systems built around how your business really works: production, inventory, purchasing, sales, dispatch, payroll and reporting in one place. The system runs in a browser on PCs, tablets and phones, on your own network or in the cloud.

Can you move our data from Microsoft Access or Excel?

Yes. I write migration scripts that carry your old records into the new database, and I keep both systems in step while your team changes over. I have already moved years of factory records from Microsoft Access to MySQL with nothing lost.

Can you add an AI assistant or automation to a system we already have?

Usually yes. I can add an assistant that answers questions from your live data, scheduled reports by email or WhatsApp, automatic backups, and an audit trail of every change. I look at your current system first and tell you honestly what is possible.

How long does a custom ERP take?

It depends on how many departments and screens you need. I deliver in stages, so the first department can start using the system early while the rest is being built.

How much does custom ERP software cost?

The cost depends on the number of modules, users, reports and integrations. Tell me the problem you want solved and I will give you a clear, written quote before any work starts.

Will our data stay private?

Yes. I can build the system to run fully on your own network with no cloud service, so business data never leaves your building. Each user gets their own login and sees only the screens they are given.

Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?

Yes. I am based in Punjab, Pakistan, and work with clients across Pakistan and remotely worldwide by video call, WhatsApp and email.

Do you give support after the system goes live?

Yes. I train your team, stay available after launch, and keep improving the system as your business changes.
